Prices of food and drinks

Trying to determine whether to go out for a meal or visit the grocery store? One of the perks of visiting Prague is that you can dine out for almost the same price as cooking at home. Major grocery stores such as Albert, Billa and Tesco are found throughout the city. If you are looking to just pick up a drink or a snack, you can pop into a local convenience store known as a potraviny.

It pays to go to a restaurant a bit away from the main tourist centre.
